• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days, from the date of delivery.
• Eligible Items: Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Non-returnable Items:

• Customized or made-to-order items
🔄 Exchange Policy
• We offer size exchanges for the same item if available.
• Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
• If the size isn’t available, you can opt for a store credit or refund.
💸 Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• If you paid by COD, we’ll refund via bank transfer or store credit.
📦 How to Initiate a Return

2. We’ll send you return instructions and address.
3. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or wrong.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or full refund.
