1. What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer sizes XS to XXL for most of our dresses. You can find detailed size charts on each product page. If you’re in between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort and style.
2. How do I choose the right size?
Each product comes with a fit guide and the model’s measurements for your reference. Still unsure? Feel free to contact us via chat or email—we’re happy to help!
3. What fabrics do you use?
We use high-quality Indian fabrics including premium cotton prints, linen cotton, khadi cotton, soft rayon, georgette, muslin, and other breathable materials that are perfect for everyday wear. All our fabrics are handpicked for comfort, quality, and sustainability.
4. How do I care for my OOTD clothing?
To keep your pieces looking beautiful:
• Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle
• Use mild detergent
• Air dry in shade
• For delicate fabrics like georgette or muslin, dry cleaning is recommended
5. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the USA, India, and selected international countries. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please email us and we’ll try to accommodate your order.
6. How long will delivery take?
Usually 10 to 14 business days
• Custom or pre-order items may take longer. We always keep you updated!
7. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can follow your package in real time.
8. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original packaging. Jewelry and custom orders are not eligible for returns. Visit our Return & Refund Policy page for full details.
9. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but only within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, the item may already be in production or shipped.
10. Are your clothes and jewelry ethically made?
Absolutely. OOTD proudly works with skilled Indian artisans and small-scale units to ensure fair wages and ethical working conditions. Every piece supports traditional craftsmanship and women-led production teams.
11. Do you offer bulk or custom orders?
Yes, we accept bulk orders for boutiques, resellers, or events. We also accept limited custom sizing for select designs. Please contact us via email for inquiries.
12. Is your jewelry real pearl, real gold or gold plated
Our jewelry is made with high-quality gold-plated brass, freshwater pearls, and real 925 silver, natural gemstones, each piece is handmade, unique, and carefully crafted for lasting beauty.
