✅ Returns
We want you to feel great in what you wear. If something doesn’t work out, you may return it under the following conditions:
- Return Window: You can return eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Item Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale or discounted products
- Customized or made-to-order garments
Please note that items returned without meeting the above criteria may not be accepted.
🔄 Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges for the same item, subject to availability.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer you either a store credit or a full refund.
💸 Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
📦 How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange:
- Email us at contact@bestootd.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond with return instructions and the return address.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email us at contact@bestootd.com with clear photos of the issue.
- Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping.
📌 Additional Notes
- Refunds and exchanges are processed only after the returned item passes quality checks.
- We are not responsible for return items lost or damaged in transit. Please use a reliable courier service with tracking.
- Refunds are not applicable on any items purchased with store credit.
